The customer service was amazing Matt Peck the Sales rep constantly updated me through out the whole process and made sure everything run smoothly and the car reveal at the end was very special I loved the whole experience.

They were initially unable to fully diagnose my issue. I suggested they keep the car another day and they were able to identify what they think is the issue and fitted new parts. I won't know until The weather gets better if definitely fixed.

Fantastic customer service from first call to picking up our car at the end of the service. I didn't have to wait long in reception, I was given cost upfront and potential extra cost of brake discs too. I was given a courtesy car overnight quickly.

In a way, this is not a criticism of Stephen James but BMW. Our windscreen washers failed and the car is under warrenty. It appears that you have a formula in your own screenwash which almost ensures the filter will block with a standard formula.

Only look to rip off the customer offering a fix that may reocure bacause of another fault. Also trying to blame 24800 error which is actually a worning based on milage no actual fault to cause problem which occurred at their garage.

The dealership local so not too far to get to without a car. However the experience isn't great. They offered to wash my car after the service was complete and they didn't. Also they gave me the wrong car back, a mix up due to my name.

We can not fault the service we received from Andy and Peter at the Woolwich Branch 100% professional, very friendly but to be honest I could say that about all the staff at Woolwich. I would not only recommend BMW but Woolwich as well.
