From the moment i walked into the showroom i was attended to and shown to the appropriate department, I was given a cup of coffee to my taste and a salesman was summoned to attend to my needs. Nothing was too much trouble by staff at Stephen James.

I 've given this rating because after the BMW service team changed my allow wheel, they forgot to reset the TPMS which caused a warning light on the iDrive. This was very upsetting as I had to drive all the way back from my home to BMW Woolwich.
