Kacper and Andy were brilliant. Nothing was too much and they were very patient with me and my questions. Kacper made sure to follow up with me and made the time for me to go in so I can get a few things clarified before moving forward.

A very friendly atmosphere and I was treated with great courtesy. All of the staff were very knowledgeable about the product or their specific job. At handover, every detail of the car was explained to me in a very enthusiastic way by Lewis.

We were underwhelmed with the car pick up process. Couldn't wait for us to pay off the deposit balance, card machine was put in front of me almost as soon as we arrived. Had seen on social media other BMW dealers making more of an effort

I can't fault the customer service I received at all from the Blackheath branch. From first point of contact all the way to picking up my new car I had no issues with communication, Lewis was extremely helpful as well as the central line staff.

I've rated four stars solely because not all employees can match the exceptional service provided by Paul Dawes. If all BMW employees were as exemplary as him, I would happily give five stars. I couldn't imagine going to anyone other than Paul Dawes.

I would normally give 5 stars here. But I was very disappointed to see that on the 21/3/2024 my car was taken on a test drive and was driven at a speed of 40MPH on Broadwater Road. This is totally unacceptable.

Service was close to great but I wish they had rechecked my brake light warning. They had resolved it by changing the bulb but it almost immediately failed after ignition. I wish they had checked this more throughly before releasing the car to me

Unfriendly, inflexible policy. SJ BMW refused to fit bonnet gas struts I'd got from a well known auto parts supplier. It was inconvenient having to run around looking for another garage who could do this trivial job for me before my appointment.
